I liked how clean and tidy the rooms were. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was great for me as it was just off the motorway so all major cities were accessible with ease from its location

Mengibar offers little in terms of bars or restaurants, with the exception of local cafes, there wasn't anywhere to get a good quality meal in an attractive setting. Unfortunately, Mengibar isn't a particularly attractive town with no points of interest.

Not much to see or do in the town but it is quite Small and...

Not much to see or do in the town but it is quite Small and conveniently located close to several other places of interest eg: Jaen, Baeza, Úbeda. The prettiest place in Mengibar is the main town square where this beautiful hotel was located. Also s good stop over place between Malaga/Granada and Madrid. Y The hotel has a good restaurant serving mostly local and Spanish dishes.

used as a stopover on the way to the south, great hotel, great location, excellent breakfast and dinner, and the best value hotel I've ever seen, staff were all very friendly, one down side is that the carpark is very small, but thats down to its wonderful town centre location,

We stayed in a room in the original building. Loved the marble bath and avian taps. Wish we’d been more aware of the spa situated in the hotel. The restaurant was atmospheric and excellent. All the staff were courteous and friendly.
