The location is excellent, close to everything but quiet. The ladies who who were running the front office are beyond awesome in taking care of their guests. I had to go back and retrieve my bag that got left behind in error. I returned at 10pm and they made med a sandwich and gave me fruit to take to my room. They made phone calls on my behalf an tried to help. They are so kind, I felt very cared for when I needed help.

I have to admit, I was a bit scared by the position and the vintage looking rooms; instead, our stay at Hotel Ibaigune was actually amazing! Rooms were spacious and our beds were really comfortable. We got some nice advice from the guy at the reception on where to have dinner and also had an amazing continental breakfast in the morning, with both savory and sweet treats and lots of fruit and beverages! We really enjoyed our stay, and also had the time of our life having a little get together on their outside tables and chairs (we were a big group, hope we didn't bother anybody)... thank you very much for your ospitality!

A small and delightful family-run hotel. Service that goes above and beyond. Cozy rooms in a charming historic building. A well-kept and inviting garden. A lovely family offering warm hospitality. Excellent breakfast! Even when we arrived in the evening, exhausted after a long day on the Camino, the hostess helped us place an order from a Chinese restaurant, and there’s also the option to buy basic groceries for cooking if you have the energy. Just keep in mind that it’s about 2 km off the trail’s starting point, so plan your route accordingly. Highly recommended!
