Rural hotel half hour outside Bilbao in a place called Orozko. But it's an excellent one. The room was clean and spacious, surroundings are fabulous and the owners were kind and made us feel welcomed. Modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. For breakfast we chose the top option and it was a smart choice, with a good coffe, an orange juice, some fresh croissants and some tasty fruits. Just amazing.

The location was breathtaking, so peaceful and quiet. The room was light, cool, and airy. The bathroom is great with the added bonus of a jacuzzi bath, which I enjoyed. It is, however, quite a drive to town for restraunts that were small over crowded and most didn't serve food until 8 or 9, which for us personally was too late . I wish the Hotel served food in the small quaint dining room as the breakfast was outstanding . The smoothies were delicious . Dinner there would have made it the perfect stay .

Iratxe and Angel are the best hosts I have ever come across. Their hospitality is beyond amazing. The food is awesome 👌. The view from the hotel balcony is gorgeous 😍. You get a breathtaking view of the mountain range. The rooms have all the facilities and are extremely comfortable. Iratxe and Angel are super friendly and helpful. Would recommend 100/10.

The house was great and had everything we needed. We travelled as a large family with our 3 dogs and they also had a wonderful time. The location is also great to explore and balance mountain, beach and city experiences. And the host was extremely attentive and available for anything we could need. Would certainly repeat in the future.

The staff were outstanding - especially Iker at the front desk. He went far beyond his duties and helped us resolve a personal issue. Truly the best! The room was compact, but perfectly comfortable for a few nights. Very clean and warm. We were traveling with our dog, and it was great to find a pet bed and a bowl waiting in the room.

Charming town with easy access to local hiking trails, great bike routes, and easy to park in the public parking. Train station (for access to Bilbao) in Areta, about 8km drive. The station has free parking.

Orozko is a lovely town.

Orozko is a lovely town. We really enjoyed walking around it. We had coffee and lunch there and both were excellent. We look forward to going there again, when we visit Spain next winter. The local people are very friendly and the staff in both the coffee shop and bar/restaurant where we had lunch were extremely nice.
