We had a great stay at this hotel! Room was clean. Breakfast was large and diverse. We managed to have breakfast outside on the terrace everyday (thank you to the nice people organising the tables outside). Staff was very helpful everywhere (reception, rooms, bars, breakfast...). We enjoyed playing boardgames outside, we always had our spot in the evening and it was easy to get drinks or food. Always some space to enjoy the sun around the swimming pool. Not too much noise around. Sometimes a nice DJ. Bed was comfy. The room was quite big. Not the most recent equipment but nothing we could complain about! Everything was smooth, even organising our departure with a taxi to the airport at 5am (fair price agreed with the hotel reception, taxi driver on time, all great!). The hotel location is of course great. Very very close to Yumbo, without the noise. Unlimited options for food around. Little supermarket in front of the hotel. Walking distance from the dunes and playa del ingles. Great departure spot for hikes around Maspalomas...

One of the best hotels for the money I’ve ever stayed in. Staff were the nicest - friendliest people ever. Even the security were so lovely and nice. The food at breakfast was incredible - so much choice and high quality. Everything was tidy, clean, comfortable. I wanted to take the bed and pillows back home with me - more comfortable than 5 star luxury hotels.

Staff very friendly and helpful room clean & all mod cons (Kettle fridge good hairdryer TV balcony) beds very comfortable. Room cleaned every day, linen towels changed regularly. Restaurant- plenty of staff great choice of foods for breakfast & Dinner ( didn't really use it during lunchtime) there were snacks & drinks available all day . Pool area clean and plenty of sunbeds available and in good conditions. Seems to be plenty of activities organised during day. Very close to a lovely beach so we went there every day. again clean sunbeds in good condition great swimming !! Nightly entertainment but not really interested in that. The Spa was excellent we had a couple massages and a facial very good and enjoyed it . would definitely go back. Big plus was staff very friendly and on the ball .

Loved the stay from the start to the end. The staff is very friendly and professional from the receptionists, to the restaurant staff, the cooks and the cleaning ladies. We felt really welcome at our stay. :) The rooms were spacious and clean. The cleaning ladies even folded the towels into different forms on some days, which was a really cute surprise. ❤️ The beds were amazingly comfortable, there were 3 pillows for each bed, so we slept like babies. The food was very tasty with some variations every day. The fresh squeezed juice was also very nice touch. Royal level guests can use both restaurants in the hotel. There is a possibility for early breakfast. :) IMPORTANT: download their app as reservation for meals is required. The drinks are not free for dinner if you don’t have all inclusive package. You can also order a lot of other stuff on the app. :) The hotel area is also very nice, kept after and clean. The pool is nice, the lifeguards make sure that there are no early “reservations” of the poolside beds, which is nice. 😊

The beach is very nice and very long as connects to maspalomas dunes. The only downside is steps, although the is lift further now the promenade( didn’t use it). Playa del ingles is family friendly without full nudity; for full nudity need to walk around 20 mins down the dunes.

The long beach that we did visit most days was perfect.

The long beach that we did visit most days was perfect. Lots of places to visit. Shopping in the malls, Jumbo, Cita etc or at the market. Lots of restaurants and bars. Life music most nights in the center of Caspha and lots of people dancing there We took the bus to Mogan and booked a tour with LCT to Las Palmas, Poema del Mar aquarium was good.

A nice area....relatively easy to get to the beach via the Dunes. Safe feeling around the area. Some nice restaurants to be found. The Greek Village is very nice and La Candela which is in Yumbo centre. Good shopping too.

Nice holiday , plenty of nice little bars and restaurants about Tora steak house nice Beaches good Wouldn’t recommend Aqualand unless your really bored, bit of a rip off , 40 euros for each adult admission and 30 for children , then they were looking another 5 euros each for a sunbed Cafe was a McDonald’s type grossly overpriced

This area is full of hotels and bungalows, restaurants, very touristy area, beach, sand dunes. If you looking for a bit of history, i would go to Las Palmas. But for pure holiday - Playia de Ingles is a nice area to stay. Bus system is good, and not expensive, we managed to get around the island by bus and do some sightseeing.

Loved the beach with the different kiosk areas.

Loved the beach with the different kiosk areas. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas to hire for a day. Great bar called Tipsey Hammock at entrance to the beach. Drinks priced well and great choice to choose from. Sone days they have live music playing.

Welcoming hotel with excellent all inclusive. Food was delicious, plentiful and varied. Very comfortable beds and pillows, slept soundly. Entertainment every evening at 9pm . Quiet areas available if you prefer. Wish we could have stayed longer but the waistline is thankful !Towels for pool were free to hire for a deposit. Lovely location for walking along the promenade and across the dunes to Maspalomas Faro ( the lighthouse and museum)

If you want a hotel to relax this hotel is so tranquil and picturesque! best view on playa del ingles !!! I have already booked to return & will be back with my family in summer. Also the spa is gorgeous!! overall if you don’t mind not having any entertainment and just want to get your zen on this is the place for you! after all we all need some calm sometimes. It’s literally perfect in every way !!!!

Nice accommodation for a 4 night stay. Staff were attentive and felt very secure. Didn’t get to use the pool due to time of year (too cold for me) but not for others. Liked that it was nudist friendly despite to hotel next door overlooking the area, but no one seemed to mind as it’s Gran Canaria after all.

Hotel was very clean with extremely helpful staff. We had a Junior suite for a week, which was well designed, and just big enough for that amount of time. Location was great between Yumbo centre and Playa del Ingles

We always stay here when in Gran Canaria. Great friendly staff, comfortable clean apartments, regularly serviced. Swimming pool area quiet, always sun loungers available. Great location.
