Perfect cleanliness, very tasty principal mediteranean and spanish cuisine but you can see even international cuisine, good entertainment team for children and adults. Three swimming pools (one for children, second:1.3m and 1.5m depth). Good car parking and safe aria. Quiet rooms. Lifts, even the hotel has only one floor. Very good staff.

the room was spacious and clean with a walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable. We also used their washer and dryer since we had traveled for several days and needed some clean clothes. The washer came with detergent and was 4 Euros and dryer was 3 Euros. We liked they had daily activities and in the evening, we enjoyed Bingo and Karaoke night. Staff was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The All Inclusive package was a great touch. One day we missed lunch and walked next door to a great Italian restaurant for pizza. Overall great stay.

It is a very quiet place - in May - and hot - but I...

It is a very quiet place - in May - and hot - but I understand it gets busier in peak months. We loved the bohemian, family run beach bar (Zankara) which is at one end of the beach where we stayed. We didn't see any sunbeds but we did see a few grass umbrellas which looked like they might have sunbeds underneath at some time. There is a very convenient small supermarket near the beach otherwise there is not much else - a couple of restaurants - otherwise a small, quiet residential town. There are a couple of other beach bars further along and at the other end are a couple of really nice looking bar/restaurants on the front.

Excellent apartment in a great location, less than a minute...

Excellent apartment in a great location, less than a minute from a lovely beach on mar de menor. The apartment is in a secure development of flats so getting in the first time needs a phonecall to the host. However she provided all the information for getting in very clearly ahead of time, so it was very straightforward - her directions and help very were clear. And the extra security and private parking space that makes things a tiny bit more complicated are actually great to have too. Thanks Marisa!

Beautiful beach.

Beautiful beach. Could NOT be enjoyed as all of our time was occupied by trying to get response from management company who to this day 26 October has NOT responded to address our complaints but were quick to deduct €40 for table lamp which broke due to wild winds. Laundry machine was NOT properly working. Cooker could not be used as NO instructions were given. Key retrieval costed about €80 as the Resort system was NOT able to register checkin. System did NOT accept Canadian Passport. We had to make our way to management office to get keys, even then, NO instructions about usage of equipment was provided. As cooking facilities were NOT usable, we had to go out to Los Belones to find suitable restaurant EVERY DAY. Each say food costed on the average €50+. TV had no channels other than Spanish. Was NOT usable by us.
