Customer service is really attentive and helpful, 5/5. The accomodation really exceeded our expectations, everything is new and well thought to make our stay as comfortable as possible, having in mind that it is located in the countryside (a little but pretty village) it counts on all the ammenities of an urban flat. In addition, its location makes it a very convenient starting point for visiting the several landmarks around and the city of Ponferrada as well (only 10 min away). Cleaning and overall state of the accomodation is excellent.

Great room overlooking main square. Windows blocked sound when closed. Friendly staff, did not seemed thrilled with pilgrims though. Great restaurant adjoining let us bring glasses of wine back to room. Relaxing stay!

Great location, the bar downstairs serves delicious food and drinks, the garden area is very pretty with a couple of swings. The room was really lovely and the heater was a welcome addition.

We were lucky to find this village.

We were lucky to find this village. The reason to stay overnight was visiting Unesco site Las Medulas. That was the highlight of our trip in Spain. The big bonus also natural swimming pool next to hotel and local restaurant. You need to speak Spanish to communicate.
