The hotel had a nice cosy atmosphere, the rooms were spotless and the decorations all around were well-thought. The food was really really good and the staff so thoughtful. The wonderful reviews we read on booking brought us here and we would like to add ours too.

The bed was very comfy and the room was very warm especially as we arrived late at night and it was cold outside. The receptionist was so kind to wait until we arrived. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was tasty. It's a good idea to have a restaurant as the city doesn't have many options where to eat at.

Sweet family. I left my earrings there and they were kind enough to send them back to me. Their house is more than 500 years old but they've done a great job renovating and it has an artistic feel to it. Great location. Beautiful place.

in every respect, this is a magnificent place to stay. The Palacio is beautifully decorated by the delightful owners who work very hard to make sure your stay is perfect. Our bedroom was large with a spacious bathroom and very comfortable bed. There is a large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. A lovely breakfast is provided in the dining room or out in the garden. Gloria recommended a Sunday lunch at Arrate in a mountain village. This was the highlight of our trip to Northern Spain. if you get the chance to stay at Palacio de Luko don’t hesitate! it’s superb.

Iratxe and Angel are the best hosts I have ever come across. Their hospitality is beyond amazing. The food is awesome 👌. The view from the hotel balcony is gorgeous 😍. You get a breathtaking view of the mountain range. The rooms have all the facilities and are extremely comfortable. Iratxe and Angel are super friendly and helpful. Would recommend 100/10.

Signage off of AP68 poor.

Signage off of AP68 poor. No mention of AS Altube Hotel at turn off. Dirty, uncleaned shower from previous guest. Their empty toiletry bottles had been left in the shower and were still there. AS complimentary shower gel bottles also in shower tray, which was really dirty. Cracked and dangerous tiled steps up to main entrance. Lifting up in places. Only positive for us was the proximity to Brittany Ferries Port.

The room was clean everything else was bad the postcode sent us off the motorway awayfrom the hotel we had to double back on the toll road twice to get to the hotel which was in a garage your advert was misleading
