pleasant room, delightful breakfast, good value for money. right next to tram 3 to city center just 30 min away. Duo shopping center 2 stops away. nice pubs within walking distance. after checkout, the staff let us stay parked there til late afternoon. would return happily.

The hotel is situated on the side of a lovely lake. Hotel personnel were friendly and polite throughout the duration of the stay. Breakfast was good and the hotel offered a variety of options that would accommodate most peoples tastes.

We couldn't find the key box, but the owner came and showed it to us and gave us the keys. Spacious and very well equipped flat. Coffee, tea and cereals were available. Small supermarket at 200 m. Bus station opposite the building. Tramway 500 m away.
