Breakfast is terrific- bountiful, relaxed, and delicious. Staff throughout the hotel is wonderful. It seems they have no limits to helping make your stay at the hotel, and throughout your visit to Turku as wonderful as possible.

The staff was very accomodating and the room was warm, spacious and the hotel had nice facilities altogether. We had a lovely stay, the bed was very comfortable and we liked that the lobby could also be used as a relaxation area and you could have some drinks there as well. Very close to a mall, a supermarket and very easily accesible from the airport and city center.

The room is huge. It might be due to being an “accessible” room. It was easy to get into the room despite not having a reception for check-in. Code to the hotel entrance and again at room door. Clean.
