The cottage was perfect. Right by the waters edge, fabulous view. It was very clean and had everything I needed. Was just a 10 min walk to grocery store and restaurants. I loved it, made me smile.

Shoe dryer 😍 The common area is great although very crowded in the evenings. The kitchen is very well equipped and pretty spacious, so it was actually possible to cook (comfortably) simultaneously with other people. I was positively surprised by the bathrooms and showers - exceptionally clean and cosy. Also, the owner is great - very kind and sweet soul with great tips about Faroe Islands and always ready to help out or just chat.

Location was excellent although there was quite a lot of traffic for a quiet town passing the window possibly because of proximity to port. We picked here because of short distance to Mykinnes. House was old but quaint and very comfortable.
