In a private house in quiet location with ample parking we had a lovely room, including own toilet, shower and sitting room with television. Owners super friendly, explained how to get to village square where we might find somewhere to eat and even offered to come and get us should it start to rain. Unfortunately, being end of season nothing was open and we had to drive to nearby Ardres to find somewhere to eat. Their property has a huge lawn, which must be lovely to sit in during summer months. Owner keeps lawn and surrounding shrubs immaculate. They own 3 little dogs, which they keep in a separate room during guest's breakfast and you would nerver guess because the house doesn't smell of dogs at all, in fact everything is kept very clean. Shouldn't forget to mention the shower, which was brilliant !! Would definitely come back if in that area again.

For our family with two teenagers we had a relaxing home for 3 nights. Cooked dinner, had take-out in our quiet private garden. Evening drink in the hot tub. The house is clean and complete. Breakfast was stupendous! There were a lot of attention and care in all aspects, food quality and presentation, decoration and overall peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It felt we were in a world apart, where people care about you, they are attentive to you and your needs. Eric and Jo were fabulous hosts discreet and yet super efficient and caring. We loved the pain perdus, they were as good as my grandmother's ones. I have food allergies, they did not dismiss them on the contrary. It was the perfect long weekend, just what we all needed. Thank you!

Easy to find, convenient location to get on the ferry the next morning without being in the city of Calais. We were absolutely delighted with the size of our room and bathroom and about how beautifully styled it was. The bed was superycomfortable and there was a well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast items were already in the fridge, a bag with fresh croissants and baguette was delivered to the room in the morning. Bruno, the landlord, was very helpful with everything we needed to know.
