This was my second stay as I enjoyed it so much previously. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and had offered me supper beforehand, which I readily accepted. I hate impersonal hotels but marvellous 'B&B's' like this make a journey so much more fun. Thank you so much.

Au chant des Oiseaux is just the kind of holiday we were looking for, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, immersed in the peace of nature. The hostess, Christine, welcomed us with great warmth and made us feel at home right from the start. During the excellent breakfasts (continental and plentiful) she cheered us up with her stories, making us part of the past of the place. The apartment was equipped with all the comforts and more. We will definitely be back with pleasure!

We stayed at Armes de Champagne fifth time and for the fifth time it delivered to our expectations. From the basics, so important at any hotel (high quality beds and bedding, immaculate cleanljness, not lavish but very attractive decor, very well working shower), to outstanding restaurant, always full of people. Great value for money. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself, although clearly dating from some decades ago, has been refurbished creating a cosy atmosphere.

Our room in the main building was great. We were moved from the annex at the back of the hotel because of problems with the air conditioner. Lovely space, quiet and nicely appointed.
