I travel a lot, but for the first time I saw such a sociable atmosphere in a beautiful country chateau with a great youth life and a light haze of the old days. A beautiful summer terrace, made in the style of the beginning of the last century, with a cozy pool for children and an excellent tennis court. Every morning I could walk with my dog ​​through the dense forest, which is a great rarity for France. My Russian greyhound could hunt for roe deer and feel the real smell of nature. The space and wealth of all the guests of the cities from Great Britain, Poland and Slovenia showed how friendly we all are, people, and ready for peace on the planet in the name of joint creation. The hotel is very well located, staff always helpful and polite. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We are a family and needed 2 rooms and they gave us joined rooms so it was great to have the shared door open. The village is lovely too.

This is a classic old French city centre hotel, opposite the railway station. Things are a little 'worn', but it was perfect for one overnight. Limited free parking is available, which is a bonus, and breakfast – typically French – was excellent, the croissants were still warm from the boulangerie! The extra bonus, of course, is the beautiful Notre Dame Cathedral just down the road, a magnificent building.

Bernard was a lovely friendly man .

Bernard was a lovely friendly man . We loved having our dinner in the garden and I slept with the doors wide open to get a cool breeze . We had a great sleep and in fact we slept in !! The Wi-Fi was very poor which to us was the only down side .
