An idyllic rural retreat very close to Brantome. The communal areas are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was very generous and delicious. The bed is extremely comfortable. Most memorable about our stay was Anne and her mother Clo. They went so far out of their way to rescue us when our car broke down and did not rest until they had done everything possible to ensure our vehicles recovery and repair. We will be eternally grateful for that support from our guardian angels. We look to returning again soon. Extremely good value for money.

The welcome by Bruno and Roberto, the location, the rooms, the breakfast... everything was exceptional!!! When we arrived, Bruno gave us a very warm welcome, like we were long expected friends. We got a little tour of the rooms downstairs, which are, like every room in the house, designed with exceptional and exquisite taste that suited the location very well. Bruno and Roberto insisted to carry our bags upstairs and offered a little welcome drink :) Bruno made a dinner reservation for us at a nearby restaurant "La Guinguette de la Roche", which we highly recommend (we could walk there). We had a wonderful evening, a great night sleep and the best breakfast in the morning! You could feel how much Bruno and Roberto love being the wonderful hosts they are!! :) We can only recommend to stop for a visit!! Thank you very much!! We loved the place :))
