The house and garden are truly gorgeous, Marc is very welcoming and a great host. The room was decorated impeccably and was spotless everywhere. We weren't expecting so much space, we had an entry hall, a very large cool bedroom and a big bathroom. We couldn't have asked for a better location either, a short walk into the gorgeous heart of Issigeac. Totally worth 10/10 rating.

We loved Béatrice! She suggested excellent local restaurants and could not have been more helpful. The furnishings and decoration are good quality and done with care. The local town Villereal had a great market and good restaurants.

Of the many hotels we have experienced L’Hotel Cours de...

Of the many hotels we have experienced L’Hotel Cours de Thamazeau is by far the most beautiful and restful. The rooms are spacious, extremely comfortable, and gorgeously decorated with antiques collected by the owners over many years. In addition the history of this historic building is fascinating. The friendly and knowable owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect in every way, helping with dinner reservations, suggesting lovely little villages with the best markets and restaurants for us to explore, and sharing their knowledge of the history of the region. We will be back!
