Staff were very helpful, and following the change of room upon arrival due to a mishap with thier booking system due to a very bad storm, we were upgraded to a better room at no extra cost for the rest of the stay. The public car park infront of the hotel is very convenient, at no cost. The Hotel restaurant is also very recommendable. Although very sceptical about Loches before going there, we were very happy we chose this location, very well located close to Chenonceau and Amboise,

We stayed here with our little daughter, and it was one of the warmest memories of our trip. Every morning started with fresh eggs from happy chickens, soft crêpes, and warm coffee that made us smile every day. we had dinner made with local specialties, and it was one of the most special meals of our trip. The gentle horses walking slowly in the field, the quiet air, and the peaceful farm life made us feel calm and free. The hosts were so kind and caring. Our girl can be a bit picky sometimes, but the hosts were so kind and patient they took such good care of her, always smiling and making her feel comfortable. We’re deeply thankful for their warmth and care 💛 This place is not just a stay. it’s a home filled with love, peace, and kindness. When we left, our hearts felt full. I truly recommend staying here.
