The hotel left an amazing impression! Excellent value for money — large, modern rooms, and breakfast is served with a breathtaking view of the castle — truly a fairytale experience. We highly recommend choosing a room with a panoramic view — the small extra cost is absolutely worth it. Getting to the castle is easy: free shuttles run regularly, or you can enjoy a scenic 30–40 minute walk along a dedicated path. We definitely recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay!

We had a great visit to Mont St Michel, one of the world's wonders. The tourist facilities including parking, visitor center and bus facilities are top notch. The French have finally shaken their reputation of crappy unsanitary and dilapidated facilities. It was well organized (granted that we visited the area in mid-September), I can imagine that July-August scenery is slightly different. For us a 4hour visit was perfect. Be prepared to walk as the walk from the car to the island is 45minutes and the hike inside the walls to the monastery and church with the tour is no cake walk but worth it. For the more adventurous, I can imagine the mud walk in the meadow/beaches with a guided tour is the ultimate, available in 1,3 and 6hour guided tours.

Incredibly busy during the day from about 10.30 which means get to the carpark latest 10... its a 40 minute walk or 15 minute bus... carpark is free from 6.30 p.m so an evening visit is worth doing !! crazy place :-) the carparks will change continuously so keep an eye on the green lights on where to park.

Comfortable country hotel which is close enough to Mont st Michel but yet very quite. One can easily walk or jog in the surrounding area and take while taking in the beautiful scenery. The hotel is clean and homely with good staff and very good food.

Waitress was refilling the breakfast's table with slices of ham and bread without gloves or tools, just with her hands, it was incredible. I didn't say anything because I'm not that kind of guy, but I've never seen something like this in 39 years. The structure and the room were nice, but not clean, there were a lot of spiders and spider web all along the curtains, useless saying how dirty was the room. High potential misused.

Excellent place near to Mont-Saint-Michel.

Excellent place near to Mont-Saint-Michel. Quiet, little town and the Mont views are exceptional. If you would like to stay here to visit the Abbey, it is perfect decision. Great and helpful people and really traditional. You can have breakfast there and visit all the area. It’s really beautiful.

Yannick and Sonia, with their team, are so welcoming. The distance to regional interest points is very convenient. The comfort and cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic. We even were welcome with a 'rock concert' and BBQ even (planned and customers notified in advance, finished befor 11pm) and it was a wonderful welcome energiser for our holiday in Normandie/Bretagne

nice family run hotel and nice food but they should warn their guests in advance when there will be large outside groups of tourists just for dinner because then the romance and quiet is lost. Overall, a nice hotel to stay in with a nice view from the breakfast restaurant. The staff is polite and kind. Sufficient parking space.

The location was good and our apartment was of a good size, with shared common spaces, ample surrounding gardens and parking space. Courtils is a nice little village with shops selling local products nearby the accommodation. Only a few minutes drive from Mt St Michel.

The layout of the dining room and breakfast room along the side of the hotel, in a sort of conservatory, meant every table had excellent views of Mont St Michel, the salt meadows and the sky, perfect for watching the sunset and the morning light on the bay.
