The house was really lovely with lots of character, clean and comfortable. There was a patisserie and boulangerie just up the road where we walked to get some cakes and then croissants in the morning. There was also tracks through the woods just up to the north which made for a nice 5KM running circuit. The host was really friendly too.

After a long journey travelling across Europe, we wanted to stay within an hour of LeShuttle to cross to the UK, but needed somewhere to relax, walk around, and eat well, and wanted to make our last night in Europe really special. Le Château De Beaulieu was a perfect choice. A very good example of a Relais & Chateaux hotel, luxury bedrooms and facilities, great locally sourced food perfectly cooked, excellent breakfast, underlined with great service. We slept exceptionally well, and enojoyed a lazy morning over breakfast. Superb location, brilliant hotel, lots of nice touches, beautifully designed. What more can I say, we loved every minute.

Working Farm setting, of which we were given a tour. Host was very helpful and friendly along with cat. We have stayed in many Hotels whilst traveling through France, up to now this is our No. 1 see you again soon.

Every part of it seemed completely new. The Hot-Tub centre piece was amazing and somehow the room wasn’t damp at all. The owner was really nice and communicated everything perfectly. It was a business trip but each night was very relaxing. Will definitely stay again!

We had good communication from the hosts who greeted us and showed us how everything worked. Beautiful little studio, clean and fresh and so many little extras - the hosts have clearly made an effort to make this place as comfortable as possible with lots of thoughtful touches. The sofa bed was great, we slept well. We were only stopping over on our way through France but would certainly stay here again.
