Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to me and my family and so sweet with my children who were very curious about the animals on the property and showed them around like they were their own family. Truly a amazing experience to be so welcomed in a strangers home this way.

Lovely staff , nice restaurant on site smelled and looked lovely . There is also parking on site since we were traveling by car . Loved that my son had a separate room from us . We stayed ar the top floor, in August , it was warm outside but leaving the windows/ skylights open kept it nice and breezy . Nice and clean .

We loved being out in the countryside. It was relaxing and quiet. The home was so comfortable with a lived in feel-we felt like we were at home instead of a rental property. We, humans and dogs, also enjoyed the many walking paths and country roads. The location was a great halfway point between Mount St. Michele and the Normandy beach sites and museums. The hosts were very hospitable and even helped make reservations at a delicious restaurant in town.

Our (English) hosts purchased the village schoolhouse some years ago and transformed the vintage Norman structure into a delightful B&B. Stunning views and scenery, and yes - the breakfast is very good. Many, many thanks to Lois and Ian for a rejuvenating and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.
