The reception / accueil. I really appreciate your staff! The moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Marie-Ange & Sylvie. Very polite & professional & they readily answered my questions about the area of St Jean de Védas. I went out for the evening & when I returned, I met Pascal. Also very polite & professional. When I asked him about the local Churches in St Jean de Védas, he readily looked up the info & provided me with the information. The following morning at breakfast, I was met by Alexandra who cheerfully & with a smile, welcomed me & asked if I slept well. I did, as the bed was quite comfy. It was a pleasure to meet an employee early in the morning, who truly is happy at her job! Afterwards, I met Charlotte who was also very polite, cheerful & professional. Monsieur / Madame, your staff really made me feel welcome & comfortable. I will not hesitate to book with you again for my next visit to the Montpellier region. The staff we absolutely fabulous. So friendly and welcoming. We had broken down and been recovered to the nearest location from the motorway. We were tired and hungry and we were met with friendly faces. The following day through google translate I explained our situation to the wonderful lady on reception what had happened and the issue we were having due to the language barrier trying to find a mechanic, and she made a phone call and someone arrived in the hour and diagnosed the issue. She then arranged a recovery to take the car to the garage. We are thankfully for all her help.
