I booked a room for mom and dad and their small dog. traveling from Finland to Portugal, stopped to rest for the night. A great place to relax! there is a small kitchen, a wonderful bathroom! Many thanks to the staff for the additional services, preparing everything for the arrival of my parents! highly recommend!

We liked everything about the aparthotel, great services, great staff (prepared and very polite), the apartment was clean, spacious, functional and modern looking. The breakfast was amazing, there was something for every possible taste, I've never seen anything like it. Fantastic location, in a couple of minutes you can reach the major attractions (the supermarket is very close too)

perhaps explain to guests if there is AC or a working fan inside the room, especially during the hot weather we had. A great place to travel around different parts of Normandy. Rouen was a fantastic place to visit, very historical. There is a big Carrefour and some eateries in a commercial centre next door. The downside of this was that during a few nights, in the middle of the night, some young people were racing in the parking lot of that commercial centre. Otherwise a great stay, a quiet place for a family stay.

Easy to find, with ample private parking.

Easy to find, with ample private parking. Staff are welcoming and helpful (I speak very little French), abd the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't have breakfast, but my dinner was excellent and really good value.

Grim, quite honestly, as soon as we found our room, not guided at all by the receptionist, we saw it was awful, so we booked another hotel and immediately went back to reception to cancel our stay at this hotel.

Very nice economy hotel. Comfortable and clean room at top of building. No food on the sunday night of our arrival, but receptionist provided us with a perfectly acceptable hot snack Breakfast was very good, even some hot choices!

Everything except the male manager he was rude and arrogant. The lady manager was very pleasant and looked after us very well she could teach him a thing or two I would have rated the hotel much better if he had not been so rude.

Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, very nice restaurant and small bar. Easy parking and ideal for us to visit Rouen during the day, without having to drive and park there. Bus stop right outside of hotel.
