Very nice lady welcomed us when we came late in the evening and helped us with the bags. Very good information before we arrived, free parking right outside, the room cleen and fresh. We needed a nice hotel to stay at one night between long car rides from France to Switzerland and the location is perfect, 5 mintues from the highway. The price was very good.

Excellent hotel in every way!! The staff is courteous, professional, and happy to give. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable. The spa is amazing!! The wate temperature is excellent and it is open until 2330 at night which is very resting after a day of hiking to relax One of the best hotels we stayed in and highly recommend. The only minus is that parking is expensive but after learning to use the parking meter in the lot opposite the hotel then it is quite possible to manage with a low fee for parking in the meter. The only thing and this is as a constructive comment that they didn't fill us the soap and didn't put tissue but this is minor but worth fixing . in each floor is a machin of free cold water and soda

The staff were so helpful. My room was fantastic and so comfortable. There are 3 restaurants within the domain and the one I went to the hotel book for me, and it is a 3-minute walk from the hotel I was staying in. All the staff in the restaurant were so accomadating and the atmosphere was just so relaxing after a long drive. Buffet breakfast at the Ibis in the morning was fonomable, spoiled for choice. Secure parking, which is a must for anyone traveling. It was a 15-minute walk into the center of Aix les Bains, which is a positively a bubbly town. I will be back. 😀😀😀😀👏👏👏👏

Very nice lady welcomed us when we came late in the evening and helped us with the bags. Very good information before we arrived, free parking right outside, the room cleen and fresh. The staff were so helpful. My room was fantastic and so comfortable.
