Our absolute favorite stay in Corsica. Worth the drive!! Gorgeous property and the friendliest staff. Highly recommend eating dinner and breakfast here. I wish we could’ve stayed for a MONTH. I can’t wait to be back!!

It is a beautiful domain, with a separate indoor/outdoor dining area overlooking the valley and sea beyond. Terrific host, very accommodating, beautiful rugged landscaping in a private area of the valley, donkeys and wildlife abound. So fun to feel like part of the community. Delicious varied dinner and breakfast, good wine. Very cozy, lux, and super clean. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Do not forget to enter by way of the gate you access from the lower church parking lot. Google GPS took us to an alternate footpath entrance through a tiny portal in the old towne village, almost got the car stuck and the owner rescued us. We stayed 7 separate accommodations around the island, while Santini was not the most expensive, it was certainly the most memorable. Stay here you won't be disappointed.

Everything about our visit to Castellu d’Orezza was amazing. The hosts were incredible, and if you’re seeking a secluded escape from the fast-paced world, this place is perfect. My husband has food allergies, and every effort was made to accommodate him. You feel like part of a family from the moment you arrive, thanks to the warm hospitality, delicious food, and modernized accommodations that still evoke a sense of history. We even went on a 12k walk, and Julia, the adorable house dog, joined us. My husband still talks about her! We absolutely loved every aspect of our visit.

Casa Rosa is a home away from home, a little cozy jewel in a tiny village in the Corsican mountains. The place is newly renovated, very clean and cozier and better than represented on pictures. Staff is lovely, very welcoming and accommodating. The homemade food was wonderful. We only regret that we didn’t stay longer. This place is warmly recommended for anyone who want a more genuine Corsican experience.

There are four cabins all set apart so that you got complete privacy. A central pool and dinner area rounds up this location. Supposedly you can see the sea from here, hence due to fogs of the Canadian (!) wildfires haze blocked the view. Very attentive and charming hosts. Breakfast is delivered to the cabin. It's in the middle of nowhere. Thus, you'll need to drive to wherever you want to go.
