This is a "how good looks like" example of apartment renting. Perfect communication in advance (including navigation pictures), friendly and supportive owner handing the appartment in person, nice, clean flat with enaough room, two beds in different room and perfectly equiped kitchen. And small details making it really 10/10: Small snacks for breakfest, Xmas decorations, great coffee for machine, perfectly working wifi. And the proportion of price/quality was unbelievable. I wish all sites are like this one.

It was excellent value for money: nice, clean family room. Very friendly staff. No noise from closing doors on the corridors. It did not feel like a cheap, highway hotel. The breakfast was pretty good too.

This was the best hostel I have ever stayed, the building is new and recently opened so was spotlessly clean with no expense spared on fittings. The room was large, the bunk beds had individual curtains, lights and plugs for chargers. Towels were provided and the showers were spotless and large. A real 5 star hostel.

This is by far the best Premiere Classe we have ever stayed in. It is extremely clean and rooms have been refurbished. A special word about the receptionist on duty on Sunday evening..she was exceptional, professional and very helpful - recommended a restaurant and solved my wifi connection problem, she is an asset to this hotel

A very cordial welcome and an open bar. We were able to enjoy a much needed beer in the sunshine sitting in a very pleasantly appointed courtyard. The evening meal was exceptional although the wine was perhaps a little too expensive.

Our stay here was amazing. The hosts were friendly, attentive and they made us so welcome. The property was perfect and outstanding. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of foods to choose from. The views from the garden were lovely. We will be returning.

This was a pleasant, friendly small city.

This was a pleasant, friendly small city. It was easy to drive around. The Centre Pompidou Metz is nearby and well worth the trip. There are bakeries for breakfast and good sized shopping mall for sundries and dinner.

I did not get the room I booked as I wanted to have a room...

I did not get the room I booked as I wanted to have a room overlooking the car park - the hotel eventually changed my room for me. Also I was charged €185.71 for my one night stay including breakfast when I expected to be charged the lower price I booked on Booking.con. I thought that I would be charged the price I booked but the hotel said I did not book breakfast included which I did so they added this cost then added local taxes and also charged me €6 for changing my booking arrival date by one day!

Great location.

Great location. Friendly and well equipped for dogs and kids. Friendly staff. Great breakfast but pretty poor evening food (go into town for a decent meal - use the hotel restaurant if you want something fast)

The hotel is a great stop for the night en route to Calais...

The hotel is a great stop for the night en route to Calais and we have stayed before, an economical stay. The hotel is neglected and and needs updating. Bathroom en suite had no tissues, only one hand towel. The staff were pleasant enough but the restaurant service was dreadful, we waited over half an hour for our first plate, and the same for our main dish, no clearing of our dishes so we left. We would not recommend and will not use the hotel again in the future. It could be so much better.

The hotel is conveniently located off the busy Strasbourg-Metz highway. It provided for a quiet and comfortable lay-over. Accommodation was very good, so was the dinner and the early breakfast conveniently starting at 06:30 am since we were on our way from Greece to England. Hotel and restaurant staff were professional with the nice touch of French savoir-vivre.

A very functional and comfortable hotel that was great as a stop-over on our way to Germany. Very easy access from the main road and parking is free and on site. Beds comfortable, room a good size and clean. There's also a mini fridge and a safe. Even a Nespresso machine.
