The building is so unusual and beautiful, very atmospheric, and although a little more upgrading is needed in places (eg. walls of the main stone staircase) this is clearly in progress. Our room was wonderful - spacious, well equipped, everything about it was top quality and very stylish. And it had amazing views! The restaurant is delightful and our dinner was first class. There is clearly a really good chef, and the waiting staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgable.

The location is idyllic . Beautiful and tranquil. Staff are charming and very considerate. We had one stop with two dogs travelling to Spain. Next time we will stay longer .

Property and room were very clean and neat. Jerome, who welcomed us was outstanding and funny!! Great customer service, remembered my name every time and ensured we were comfortable. Breakfast the next day at 5 Euros is great. Nice hot water and comfortable bed. Good value for money. For all the other comments about it being a small room I think is unfair as you see the room size when booking it. The town of St Flour is just so pretty and quaint. Hotel just out of town but next to a good Carrfour and McDonalds across the road. Excellent place to stay in for a few nights.

Very picturesque town plenty of bars and restaurants. Easy to walk around. Scenic riverside walk. If you are feeling energetic enough you can attempt the steep walk to the top of the old part of Saint-Flour (we made it halfway up could not complete the walk as we had a restaurant booked. Will complete the walk on our next visit.

Very good value. I had a single room, single occupancy, it was spacious, very comfortable and quiet. I ate in the restaraunt at the hotel and it was really good food. Great quality breakfast also. I parked my motorcycle in the private car park very close to hotel. I could have payed an extra 10 euros for secure indoor parking but felt no need. Good place, nice walk up into the “haut” village from hotel only took about 18 mins. Very convenient for motorway. Staff all very friendly.

Very large clean and comfortable room, bed was very comfortable. Large en-suite bathroom. Hotel is in a good location a short walk from the center of Saint-Flour. Ideal location for local bars and restaurants. Very close to the river that runs through the town. Enjoyed our one night stay and would stay here again. Proprietor very friendly he recommended a very good restaurant a short walk from the hotel.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful old building in the centre of a hilltop village. Parquet flooring, wood panelling and ornate ceilings throughout. Spacious rooms, kettle and very modern shower. Local produce for breakfast and a host who was local and so knowledgeable on the house and local area. Passed here many times on the motorway going south. We will return.

Great location in old Saint-Flour up in the mountains. Easy to walk around for historic buildings. Numerous restaurants, cafes and bars. Fantastic individual old shops. Fantastic views from the church walls. Secure parking onsite a bonus.
