Communication with the host was easy. The area is great because of the restaurants and supermarkets, also a quick way to the highway. Plenty of room in the flat with a good equipped kitchen. Parking for the car is easy, and it's secured, that was important for me.

Really cool boat to feel the river life in Paris, an experience worth to have. The waves are swiping you to sleep. The host was lovely, and welcoming. The breakfast was fresh baguette or brioche with lovely jams that you can take up to the deck and watch the boats sail by.
