The room was spacious enough to accommodate 2 adults and an extra bed (not a sofa bed). There was a microwave downstairs and an eating area where you could have your meals (bring your cutleries). There is a vending machine selling various coffees and snacks. The staff were helpful and polite. There is a big supermarket within walking distance of the hotel. There's the public bus going into town, within walking distance from the hotel (you'll need to change buses at some point in the journey). The journey is about 40 minutes.

The fact that spa can be entered as of 14h on the day of check-in. The fact that i could check-out 30min to 45 min later. And especially, that i had a room with a lake - it was a partial view but still magnificent! Thank you! We had a great stay at this modern apartment in a peaceful residential area just outside Annecy. Getting into Annecy was quick and easy by car, making it the ideal balance between calm and convenience. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. The hosts were kind and helpful. All instructions very clear. If you want a quiet and comfortable base near Annecy at a fair price, this place is a great choice.
