The accomodation was very pleasent, we really enjoyed it. The room was very clean, the size of it normal and the furniture in a good mood. We also had free parking place and we could use it few hours before check in, I really appreciate their amability. The location is also a good point, few minutes to walk to the main attractions. The best point for this hotel is their breakfast - full in every kind of food, quality products, delicious sweets like pancakes, fresh orange juice, etc. I really recommend, for sure I will come back here with the next ocasion.

We were extremely warmly welcomed by the staff when arriving to the hotel. As soon as we parked a staff member came to collect our luggage. He even helped us figure out the tilt function on our bicycle rack, that we did not know about. Upon leaving our bags were put in the car while we did out checkout and our car was driven to next to the main entrance, from where it was very easy to depart. We also liked very much the Winstube restaurant, which was the traditional one of the two restaurants.

Very good location, nice modern rooms, very clean, convenient inhouse parking, extremely friendly and helpfull receptionists (generaly in Colmar the waiters in the restaurants in the city center are very unfriendly, some even hostile to tourists, so the hotel feels like an oasis with friendly staff where you really feel welcome)
