Warm welcome, comfy bed, good food and drinks, excellent breakfast. I liked that we had allocated parking for our room. Also cold water and a fridge in the hallway outside the rooms. Room was modern and much nicer than expected. We were there Sunday evening and enjoyed a delicious roast dinner. We were very grateful for an early breakfast (pre-ordered) as we were catching a ferry. The village is good for an after dinner stroll, there's a Tesco express and another nice pub up the road. I'd definitely stay here again.

What a gorgeous Inn! Loved this place...we stayed for 1 night, a family of 3. Inn & restaurant were connected to a convenient outdoor car park. We had a spacious room for 3 with an extra sofa bed, comfortable beds and pillows and all amenities provided for. Buffet breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious.The coffee, tea and biscuits in the room were very much appreciated. We enjoyed the mid-week carvery station for dinner and the deserts were great. Staff were very friendly.

Everything was new and lovely. The cottage is set in beautiful gardens. It was small but had everything we needed. Giant fluffy towels, quality glassware and the most comfortable bed! Huge shower was lovely. Instructions from the host were detailed and we had no problem finding the place in the dark.

Stunning house throughout. The most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Great shower equipped with body wash shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen well equipped and super clean throughout and plenty of clean towels provided. Added bonus was having a beautiful garden to enjoy the sunshine with my children. Also there is own parking at front of property.

A pleasant village just off the main road system. Good base for visiting local places of interest. We stayed at the Royal Oak, a pub popular with locals. Some road noise as just on a road junction but not a problem. Bar menu reasonably priced. Not a young persons pub. We stayed during the week when the pub closed at 10.00 p.m. which suited us. Expensive petrol.

Lovely village with a beautiful church.

Lovely village with a beautiful church. A must see is the beautiful hamlet of Shitterton with it's gorgeous thatched cottages. Village shop and two pubs. 5 beautiful walks around the local nature reserves with idyllic chalk streams.

Bere Regis is a lovely place to visit.

Bere Regis is a lovely place to visit. I went there with my wife and two kids. People there were very welcoming and friendly. Everything in terms of attractions and place to visit are in near distances. We went there to visit Bovington Tank Museum, which was approximately 6.5 mile drive from where I was staying (Woodbury Court). On completion we went to eat at "The 29029 Restaurant" which was about 8-10 min drive. Food there was amazing at reasonable price. Driving to Here Regis was straight forward with zero complications. We had 2 hrs drive from my house and getting around there was easy. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend to visit.

Apartment was perfectly functional. It was clean and there were clear instructions as to how to use the heating/hot water/shower. The kitchen was well equipped - I appreciated the coffee/tea supplies. It is well located too - being in the middle of Bere Regis village, with 2 pubs and a Nisa within spitting distance. Lots of wardrobe space for those staying for longer periods.

Bere Regis is perfectly situated to reach most of Dorset’s many historic and archaeological sites. The village folk are simply lovely and very helpful; it’s a great place to stay. The apartment is very well provided and practically furnished and we had some absolutely delicious home made marmalades and fresh eggs waiting for us too. Lived being there!

Lovely clean cottage with a nicely decorated interior. Good size kitchen which is well-stocked with facilities/utensils. On the edge of the small village of Bere Regis. An easy walk to the local pubs and shop. The local shop is well-stocked and is more like a mini-supermarket. Free parking is approximately a 30 second walk away.
