Everything it was amazing and above our expectations We had access to or own private bathroom that was modern and beautiful, we both felt very comfortable showing here as in other places they have shared bathrooms and it's not as comfortable. The Private hot tub was the cherry on the top for us and also the seat swings around the garden to sit on and enjoy the views. Me and my wife came here after or wedding in gretna on are way up in to the Scottish mountains and we couldn’t be happy with are visit. So much so we are already planning on coming back in the summer months

Wendy was a great host, check in was easy. Room clean stylish and comfortable with en suite. Breakfast was lovely for continental there was decent choices and we were well fed. Location was perfect for an event we were at

We loved this property! So spacious and well decorated. Had everything we needed, spotlessly clean and comfy beds. Really reasonably priced for a large place. Would highly recommend. Good tvs with access to Netflix Disney etc and tea and coffee sachets. Some games as well. Really well equipped for children a cot was put up with a nice blanket and some baby books.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised at the bar prices, as we attended a wedding within the hotel, and couldn't believe what they were charging, I did expect to be paying alot more per drink. Would recommend the Best Western at any time to anyone.

This is a lovely old styled hotel. Absolutely lovely decoration, nice comfortable room. Really impressed, didn't expect it to be quite this good. Not many guests here, I suspect it's busier in summer, but the combination of old world charm and the excellent staff is hard to beat..

3 adults, 5 nights, 1 and a half rolls of toilet paper. 5 nights, 2 pieces of foil in the oven. 5 nights, no napkins or paper towels. For what we paid, there probably should have been a few more things. The only few parking spots were not available due to city work, not the owners fault, but we still had to park a bit further than the elderly ladies needed to walk.
