Excellent location in city center - close to the Arndale shopping center and the Manchester Piccadilly train station. Apartment was located in a complex and it was clean, quiet and modern. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There is a lift to upper floors.

Top place to stay in Manchester. Easy reachable by a foot walk from train station, lot of significant places just near hotel, like cathedral, town hall.... Staff of the hotel is really easygoing and welcoming, very helpful and attentive. Food in the breakfast lounge is excellent.

Location is very central, close to bus-tram stop, also very close to main shopping sites. Too many restaurants and pubs avaliable arround. Room was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpfull. Hotel is using digital facilities for check in and out which speed up the processes. We had the chance to have our dinnee at restaurant, meals were delicious and the service quality was high.

The staff are all very friendly (especially one young chap up in Sora who went out of his way to explain the menu etc when we popped up for a nosey on check-in). If you stay longer than one night, you can opt for eco cleaning of your room and receive drinks vouchers for the bar (valid in both). Breakfast was extremely good, delicious and well presented. The hotel is in a fantastic location. There are two free bus services in Manchester (number 1 & 2). We took the 2 from Piccadilly station to Deansgate (3 stops) and then it was a quick walk to the hotel. In the other direction, a few minutes walk will get you to St Peter's Square with all the tram stops. We took the tram to Media City for the Lowry Theatre and Imperial War Museum. We also took a tram back to the airport on our last day. I can also recommend a walking tour (Rock n Goal) which gives a great insight into Manchester.

The handling of my booking by Booking.com let me down as the property didn’t match the photos and the proprietor was unprofessional. Saying he had cancelled when none of his emails mentioned a cancellation. I can forward the last email stating he was looking forward to my patronage. I couldn’t wait to get out of the area as I felt uncomfortable!
