This was a last-minute booking whilst on our road trip, and I am so happy to have stumbled upon it! A gorgeous location and the hotel is very charming. We stayed in a ground floor suite, which had patio doors that opened up onto the river bank. Dinner was delicious, and our breakfast was yummy too.

The staff was amazing, the room was great and clean. I booked a family room to stay with my parents for one night as it looked very nice in the pictures and the price seemed very good. It did not disappoint. We had dinner at the hotel and had my family tried haggis and black pudding for the first time and they loved it. I absolutely recommend the place, everyone was so nice and welcoming. It is amazing value for money. I wish I could stay longer.

The room was in a great location just a few minutes walk to the centre and the harbour. It was good to have off steet parking right by the entrance. The room was very comfortable with a large bed, a tea/coffee area and fridge, a smart TV and a fantastically hot and large shower! The tunnocks and milk were a lovely touch and it was nice to have low level lamps and not just bright overhead lights like a lot of rooms. It was below zero when we stayed and snow outside but the room was very toasty! We will definitely book again next time we're up.
