Everything was spotless and thoughtfully set up to create a relaxing atmosphere. It truly lived up to its name! The location was convenient and quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind. Fast WiFi. The bathtub was amazing and the bed was perfect for me, comfortable desk to do work. Great, central location! Nice and friendly staff, efficient and clean. Easy check-in/check-out. Staff were all very nice and seemed to enjoy their work. They all had a smile on their face, which shows a good working culture as well. We had a very short stay as arrived at 1am and left in the morning at 11am, due to commitments but enjoyed the few hours we spent at the hotel. Room and hotel itself were very clean, breakfast was nice. Facilities in room were good, bottled water provided, tea and coffee making facilities included despite some reviews saying its not provided. We were pleasantly surprised during our stay here. We will definitely come back for another longer stay when visiting Leicester in the future.
