The staff couldn't do more for us if they tried. From checking in and out,reception,the Spa staff,restaurant and cafe. They were exceptional, friendly and utterly lovely. Fantastic spa treatments. The rooms were fabulous. Clean,like a home from home.

Excellent value hotel. Great night's sleep due to a comfortable bed, highly effective blackout curtains, and very quiet surroundings. Free and very spacious car park. The room was a good size, and the bathroom and shower were good. Large TV and a desk for working (with fast stable WiFi). Excellent breakfast, including varied continental selection and hot items cooked to order (sausage or bacon baps, for example). Staff were very professional and friendly. Checking in and out was quick and easy, including sending an invoice for work/expenses purposes. There is a bar/restaurant for evening meals which I didn't have the opportunity to try. Very convenient location for nearby Kent towns and was considerably cheaper when I booked than nearby alternatives.
