Everything! The layout of the house, the decor, the furnishings, all of which were of a very high standard. The kitchen is very well stock with every utensil you are likely to need during a visit, and the coffee machine is amazing. The place was immaculately clean. We were a group of friends and loved the ability to all socialize in the one room whether we were cooking, eating or relaxing. The views from the house are amazing It is only a 2 minute drive from Gatehouse of Fleet, I am sure you could walk but we didn't, where we went for lunch in the Ship Inn which I would recommend. There were various art and knick knack shops all of which were worth a visit Have stayed in various self catering properties over the years and this one is definitely in my top 3
