The hosts were ever so friendly and really made me feel welcome. They also helped me with typical Westray time management issues, like monitoring ferry sailings to Papay on a windy day and - at least as important😀 - the opening hours of the fish ‘n chip shop. The accommodation is very spacious, spotless and comfortable. Lots of options for breakfast!

The property had an amazing view from the kitchen and all the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Amazing bathtub and walk in shower. The TV sitting room with the giant window allowed us to enjoy the sunset and a prismatic available let us admire the birds passing by. The available coffee beans and grinder were an extra very welcomed gift

The house was so clean and spacious and such a handy location. Everything we could have possibly needed was in the house. We came with our 3 and 1 year old kids who both loved the little books and were able to walk around freely knowing the sockets were baby proofed. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back for a longer stay (and in better weather).

The BnB is located right in front of Brough of Birsay, very nice view! The host has been splendid, always available, giving us tips but also leaving us to our privacy. The room and bathroom are big and have everything you might need, and even more! Huge living room with comfy armchairs, tables and lots of books. Everything was super clean and tidy, it has been really a great experience!

This place is an absolute gem. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating. The place was bigger than it seemed in photos and was impeccably clean. Its location is beautiful, right by a loch and surrounded by a beautiful garden and fields. It is perfect for a quiet retreat. Most accessible by car, but there is a bus service available two/three times a day from the main road (15-20 minute walk). Hopefully, I'll be able to book this place again next time I visit Orkney!
