Outstanding as always. Check in went very smoothly and the quality of the cuisine for the evening meal was excellent. The room was the perfect blend of old world charm and modern functionality. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. A very comfortable and relaxing stay all round.

The location was amazing. The owners are incredibly lovely people that make you feel so welcome from beginning to end. They were very informative about closest places are to visit and also in walking distance. The creativity of each yurt and cabins is beautiful and decorated differently to give them each, a unique look. We will definitely becoming back again and book the boat yurt as it was so quirky and cosy. The bed was so comfortable even more so than our own so we are now upgrading!

Everything🥰 receptionist are professional she carry our luggage upstairs and opened the door give us complementary water in our journey home, all the staff from dinner to breakfast is the best there smile and polite service over take my expectations about the food, fantastic served with passion. Our room is clean towels is so fluffy, toiletries,tea,coffee just right,bed is ok, regarding the spa, staff are awesome and available, facilities is amazing pool, steam room sauna and jacuzzi. Overall my husband and I enjoyed and had a wonderful and relaxed weekend. Highly recommend.

The property is Amazing, nice and Staffs as well for us the what I like most is the staffs they’re always helpful and good vibes, even they don’t know about something, they looking for it or google for. The transport during the new year is completely desastre and unfortunately without car is not a good place to stay because is a bit far from the transport, and isn’t safe you walk until a metro station, but you can ask for a taxi for us cost 15 pounds every day considering a return.

An overnight stay with work: excellent value, really friendly, helpful & accommodating owners. It was such an easy, comfortable place to stay where everything has been thought of. Breakfast choices were excellent and I can thoroughly recommend Pretty Maid House.

What a fabulous B & B! I was originally looking to stay at the hotel where I was attending a function 10 minutes walk from The Pretty Maid. When that was full, I looked for something nearby and I'm glad they were full! Andy & Sue are fab hosts, and couldn't do enough for us. The room was spacious and well appointed, and spotlessly clean. Then there's the breakfast. A very good selection and what we chose was beautifully presented and well cooked.

Vigo retreat is not your average B&B, it is unique huts, barns or yurt accommodations in a landscaped field. You are close to nature, but very comfortably close. I was in a Yurt with TV, fridge, microwave, sink, kettle with ample drinks supplies, and comfortable beds. The toilet and shower were outside, not far away. Great location for exploring Kent, nearby National Trust sites and Brands Hatch.
