Although the host doesn't speak English, she was very friendly and welcoming. We communicated really well with sign language as she is very helpful. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable and the food was great. I highly recommend.

The location is perfect. It is easy to get your luggage to from the car park compared to a lot of the other properties on the hill. It’s brand new with a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail with all facilities you might need. It’s large with panoramic view of all the big mountains. It’s a brilliant place. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and apartments, but this cozy, stunning cottage nestled in the heart of the mountains ranks among the absolute best. Words truly fall short when trying to describe how special this place is. It’s an experience we’ll never forget ❤️ For future travelers, here are a few helpful details (as of July 2025): 1. Getting to Juta: The road is technically closed due to a landslide, but some vehicles may still be allowed through, check locally for the latest updates. 2. The hike to the cottage: From the village, it’s about a 20–25 minute uphill walk to reach the cottage. 3. Kitchen & supplies: The cottage is fully equipped for cooking, with high-quality kitchenware and basic staples like oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. 4. Amenities: There’s also a washing machine available, which is a big plus for longer stays. 5. Night skies: Don’t miss the chance to stargaze! With no light pollution around, the view of the Milky Way is absolutely magical. This place is truly a hidden gem. We’ll carry the memories of our stay here forever.

Oh my god.. the place is in a gorgeous location with a stunning huge window to it. The host, Levan and Maggy are adorable and made us feel at home. We did an amazing horseback ride with Levan to the mountains up to a nice lake. The views are priceless. No words to describe that paradise!! Very recommended.. I'll do my best to come back for a longer visit.

Everything was perfect! The view was just incredible. The room is super clean, you have whatever you need in the kitchen, in bedroom (even toothbrushes and bathrobes). The host is super friendly and welcoming! Thanks a lot!
