The front desk is always ready to help; very nice people. The room was well cleaned every day and smelled very nice. Nice air-conditioned rooms. Electricity was continously provided. The manager Frederick at the hotel made our stay exceptional. He was so accommodating, helpful and very pleasant. He went out of the way to make sure that our groups rooms remained close together. He ensured that our rooms were to our liking. The patio and pool area was very beautiful. All of our rooms had a personal balcony with stunning views of the pool. The property was also very safe and the security team were great. We felt very safe at the hotel.
