Everything especially the front desk staff,waitstaff and security team. Khadijah,saruba and Alisa were so professional and diligent when making sure every visitor is checked on their business in being there. They make the guests feel welcome and comfortable. Also the waitstaff person Ellen who always pays special attention to detail. That makes guests feel at home. She's a true professional at what she does every day. The staff was extremely accommodating. due to flight delays we arrived quite late, but we were well greeted for our transport from the airport, and we’ll taken care of upon our 1 am arrival. And on the morning of our departure we had an early connection for a booked tour but the staff was able to arrange for an early breakfast for us.
