Everything was 10 out of 10. Hotel is very nice, stylish and brand new. It has a fantastic indoor and outdoor pool, with good facilities to the beach too. I would like to highlight the service from all the staff, in particular the girls from Breakfast and reception! Definitely make your stay a 5 stars level! I will come back to the island and in particular to this hotel. I’ll become quite loyal to the brand, thank you for the great experience! btw, the quality of breakfast is exceptional! everything you imagine you have it!

The best stay in Crete. We were in four different hotels while in Crete and Duo Suites was the best. The service was excellent. Chrysa was especially attentive and friendly. Everyone in this hotel made us feel as VIP guests. The food was delicious and cocktails were spectacular. Room service was timely and the best. Thank you and we will see you again.

Beach was close and perfect for summer vacation with children. Breakfast was tasty and both and adults found their preferences. Room was super clean and towels changed every day. All the dinner places and city center were close by walk. Stuff was super kind and helpful.

Everything was great! The food was very tasty, the garden of the hotel very beautiful, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the view from the balcony.. I can still see when I close my eyes. We will miss Crete very much, we will definitely return to the same hotel, thank you to the nice ladies at the reception, the smiling waiters in the restaurant, the bartenders for the amazing cocktails! Asterion is a small village, quiet with one main road...

Asterion is a small village, quiet with one main road through it. There are a couple of restaurants (one traditional Greek, one with an Indian/Mexican/European fusion cuisine), a church and occasionally some sheep crossing the road. Very charming and quaint, slightly inland and on a hill (with views of the sea). For amenities such as a baker, pharmacy, supermarket or bars you need to drive 5 mins. down the road to Stavromenos, or 15 mins. to much livelier Rethymno.
