Amazing reception, facilities, and food. Most importantly, the owner Georgio is on site everyday and goes above and beyond to find solutions for your needs. In our case, these included: extending our stay by 2 nights by juggling room bookings, opening the restaurant kitchen earlier than usual for our two kids under 6 to be able to eat, and arranging a late check out. The food at the restaurant is excellent and the access to the beach seamless, with the rooms clean, elegant and spacious. Can't recommend enough.

It’s great, very comfortable and convenient local. It's close to the beach, there's also a supermarket, and the hotel's facilities are very comfortable. Also, the service attitude of the staff is very friendly and humane. They knew I was going to Samaria Gorge the next day and prepared breakfast for us that morning.

The hotel and its facilities are excellent. The staff is very nice, rooms are big enough, there are 2 swimming pools and 2 bars plus the beach with the sea. Still, on top of this their restaurant is the most excellent - extreme wide variety of foods, very good quality and every night they offer a dedicated cuisine (like seafood, bbq, japanese food etc.). Most of the guests are from Germany, there were some from UK and the rest is not much.

An incredible small resort in Adelianos Kampos. Perfect location between Heraklion and Chania in a quieter town. Everything here is a quiet luxury and subtly high-tech. Suites are uniquely designed, sustainable, and stunning. We got a suite with a sea view balcony and a salt water hydromassage tub to use after hiking. Our room had complimentary wine, spring water, raki, coffee, desserts, and fruit upon arrival. Breakfast is a large buffet with fresh and healthy food. Beach and pool are picture perfect with incredibly comfortable lounges. The real charm is the staff. Every single one is truly happy to see you, thrilled to help, and so kind. Their app/website works as a concierge system with multiple people available 24/7 for whatever you need: help booking dinner or excursions, advice on shopping, (free!) valet for your car, literally anything you could ask, they answer right away. I had a minor fall while hiking and they went to the pharmacy and had first aid ready for me upon my return. I also have a food allergy and they made sure I knew what I could eat and made any substitution I wanted from scratch. Truly a 5 star hotel with 5 star service.

After an air b and b on the coast, this mountain retreat was the perfect end to our vacation. It was historic but peaceful. Our room had a garden and a big lovely outdoor table. But we found ourselves sitting at various spots around the property by the pool, in the garden, at the outdoor movie theatre on Friday night. Everything was amazing.
