The location is in a beautifull mountain village and the house is perfect. You do need a car to comfortabel go around and the host helped us so we had a car upon arrival. The house is sweet and warm welcoming. Possible to sit outsite on a kind of roof terras. In the evening people are all outsite talking to eachother and you can join in for a drink or food. Its not full of tourist but very greek . Beautifull and the house made the stay at Naxos a memory that ll last forever

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. It’s located in a peaceful, quiet area—you don’t hear any noise at all—yet it's less than a 5-minute walk from the village, so everything is still conveniently close. The staff were warm and friendly, and our room was clean, comfortable, and refreshed daily with fresh towels. Free water at the front desk was a thoughtful touch. One of the standout features is The Pantry, located right on the property. The food is absolutely phenomenal, and their coffee is amazing—easily some of the best I’ve had on a trip. This hotel is the perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely stay here again.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. In terms of service and excellence. The staff were outstanding going above and beyond to make our stay so special. We loved the complementary ferry transfer to and from the hotel which made our travel a lot less stressful. Breakfast was amazing serving all kinds of delicious food. The rooms were so clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were even greeted with a complimentary drink and snacks when we arrived. The views from the restaurant were amazing offering a beautiful sunset over Naxos. I could not recommend hotel Grotta enough and we hope to be back again soon . ❤️

Everything was perfect, Maria was very polite and helpful, the room was better than the pictures and kept clean daily we have been around a few of the islands now and this one is up the top of best stays, the location was central to everything, very good restaurants and cafes within a 5 min walk. Amazing place, perfect location close to the city centre and only a few minutes walk to the bus stop, which is very important for the tourists without car. Our room was very comfortable and we have all we need for our stay. Swimming pool on the roof was very convenient, you can relax in the evening and freshen up in the morning. Diana is a super polite and nice person! The hotel is located in a quiet place. We enjoy very much our stay!
