A brand new hotel, very nicely located in a calm area, but close to the city. Contemporary designed hotel with luxury feel and attention to details. The entry hall and the stairs are a true masterpiece. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well organized and fully equipped. Staff was very professional and helpful, yet friendly. We were allowed to check in earlier and were provided complimentary free breakfast. Liana, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She helped us to plan the visits around and gave us great suggestions. Furthermore, she invited us to the Easter party lunch organized by the hotel with traditional music and tasty food. Breakfast is buffet style, everything is freshly made and very well presented. Finally, food was very delicious. The garage is free , which is a bonus. I would definitely choose to stayhere again whenever I visit Crete.

Beautiful hotel. The pool was quite big! And the pool área is really nice to chill in. Our room was clean, well equiped and beautiful. Staff went above and beyond to help us with our every need. You will have a superb view while eating breakfast which is homemade. Parking in the área can be difficult but old town is just 10 minutes down the street and when you want to go back you can catch a taxi for 5 euro which we did every night. Stay here as many nights as you can!!!

I'm extremely pleased with the decision I made. The accommodation was spotless, well-kept, and had a chic decor. Opting to stay on the outskirts of the city center to enjoy a peaceful night proved to be a great choice. Moreover, the woman who assisted us with check-in was delightful.

A great 5star hotel. We had a room with a pool and sea view. Room was very comfortable. The staff were incredible from Luiza who greeted us with a warm smile and explained all hotel amenities and always on hand to recommend places to see, to the bell boy who was gracious and smiling to the waiters in the main restaurant and Kritimero.. Manos, Charoula and Christos. The beach is gorgeous. It’s quite rocky to get in but doable with shoes. The guys around the pool were so charming and helpful getting us beds. The hotel and surroundings are immaculate. You get access to an app. So when sitting by the pool or beach you can order food and drinks and it arrives with in minutes.. with a smile and “enjoy” 😊 We hired a car which was a blessing as weather was not great so being quite central, within 50 minutes we drove to the south of the island which was incredible. The cocktails in the bars were amazing and the evening light entertainment was very enjoyable. The 2 in-house restaurants were amazing… We ate twice in Kritamo and once in Almyra. slightly expensive but worth every penny😊

Location is close to the beach and close to the main restaurants. New and fresh hotel with all the needed features. Hotel offers the menu for pillows. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast eggs are prepared differently every day and are delicious. Nice view from the spacious room balcony and breakfast area. I would definitely recommend staying here

Absolutely faultless property. Rooms were stunning - so modern with everything you could want. Decor was cool and chic and the views to the sea were perfect. The ideal spot to watch sunset too! The location was perfect - quiet and in the middle of Chania and Heraklion and not far from Rhethymo! We loved it. Cool bars and restaurants just a short drive away. Its own private beach and the on site restaurant is stunning! DO get the breakfast - it was so worth it. We loved it all.
