- breakfast was super good! - the location was beyond expectations! - the hotel is positioned somewhere on the hill, from where you can observe the city of Florina. - the prices at the restaurant were reasonable! - i had 2 stays at this hotel and everything was as I expected! - i left my laptop charger in the room and I got a call from the reception somewhere 5 minutes after I left! I was surprised by the promptness of the staff!

The hotel was very nicely decorated had a lovely elegance about it. The moment I walked in I felt very welcomed by the lady at reception desk called Menia, she was extremely helpful and polite.The lobby areas and dining was very impressive and felt very spacious. My room was very clean and smelt like new, everything was perfect, the balcony was a good size and had amazing views of the town below and side of the mountain. Beds and pillows where comfortable and smelt really nice. I wanted an iron and ironing board, reception staff came within 2 mins and the maid offered to help with the ironing! The breakfast selection was great, had everything you can imagine but what was great was the homemade spanakopita, tiropita and bougatsa, made by Nana who was extremely helpful and polite. Overall I was impressed with my stay at Emerald Suites and would definitely stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised with a maisonette upgrade, having an ideal layout for groups of friends, offering both privacy and comfort. Breakfast was delicious with homemade products, including the most amazing apple juice of Makis! The hospitality of the hosts was exceptional, making us feel right at home! A cozy fireplace with free wood created the perfect après-ski atmosphere, and the outdoor grill was a great addition for a gathering. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and perfectly located getaway! Maki, Danae, Gianni, and Dimitra, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful Hotel. Rooms were quite comfortable for a family of 4. Breakfast was delicious with great views of the village. Stuff were always polite and helpful. Spa facilities were clean with a good relaxing atmosphere.

The hospitality of Eleni was impecable. She came on the riad to greet us and offered to help us with the suitcases. A liquer was waiting for us on our arrival. The breakfast was amazing with all the home made jams and cakes. Shall stay again without hesitation.

Excellent hotel in Florina, very big and nice room, with lovely decorations. The staff is wonderful. We arrived around midnight and even if the restaurant was closed, they offered us a nice meal in our room. Also, in the last day we needed to leave very early in the morning and since breakfast in the restaurant starts at 8 AM, they prepared a very nice breakfast especially for me and my daughter.
