Beautiful grounds with excellent view across the pool and the lake. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Comfy hammocks for reading / napping. Pool pleasant. Bed super comfy. Good shower. Helpful staff called a tuktuk for me to return to Panajachel. Excellent wifi

the hotel was beautiful and the staff was really friendly. I had some problems with transportation ect. and they helped me a lot and organized a shuttle for me. They also have a great tea chai latte!

Stunning views, beautiful setting, quiet and away from the town. It felt like taking a vacation, even though I live a couple of miles away. Good facilities for a relaxing stay where you don't need to leave the property.

We came here and immediately fell in love with this place! Everybody is exceptionally friendly, the restaurant stuff is super attentive. The lady who runs the place is such a sweetheart and you can tell that the personnel likes working here. The garden is fantastic and so is the setting. Try the free kayaks. It’s captivating to explore the Lake on your own.

Very friendly staff and I believe a family run business. Rooms were more then big enough and consistently had hot water. We were offered a room clean and additionally free access to kayaks. Basketball court was an added bonus and provided plenty to do when not exploring the town. Finally there is 2 very friendly dogs we liked. They do have there own area if you were afraid of them however.

Location is spectacular and staff really tried but were not put in position to succeed. Emmerson did a great job arranging boats and cars for day trips from the resort.
