Check in was easy and our host Sylvana and Lovric were helpful but not interfering. It was fun staying in a place with its own little winery shopfront, and Lovric was pleased to tell us all about his winery and wines.

Great hosts, fantastic terrace and the view, comfy apartment with everything one needs for a vacation! Hosts made us feel really welcome and gave us some good hints! Parking was right in front and always available. Location is perfect - calm, not noisy at all, and 2 minutes away from the center. Generous warm and welcoming hosts. Amazing sea views. Very peaceful location. Wonderful swimming of the rocks in the ocean across the road in front of the property. They gave me milk for free for cups of tea. Wind to taste. So accommodating. The room itself has a kitchenette. The bed is very comfortable. Great value for money. Easy to get up by bus from Korcula Town. Can’t recommend high enough.

Great holiday home that lived up to our expectations. We particularly liked the well-maintained outdoor area with beautiful outdoor furnitures and barbecue area. Lumbarda, lovely beaches and one of the best Croatian wineries (Bire) just next to the beautiful city of Korčula. You get to see both, and all the islands in front (use hop on and off option!) while relaxing. Korčula gets crowded and is a bit pricey. Lumbarda is thus much better stay

We loved the apartment and the location.

We loved the apartment and the location. It was great to be able to rent e-bikes and travel all over the local area of Lumbarda and the Old City. We also had a rental car and drove to a beach that was beautiful about 29 minutes away and all over the island. There is a great restaurant nearby that we went to on the water. The food is excellent. We had a steak dish and a seafood pasta. Both were delicious.

If you're visiting Dubrovnik, you have to get to Lumbarda if...

If you're visiting Dubrovnik, you have to get to Lumbarda if you want to get out of the bustle. Little town in the countryside and extremely pretty and everyone is super-friendly. There's many vineyards too and two sandy beaches (Bilin Zal and Plaža Vela Pržina).

It's a very quiet, peaceful spot (we went at the end of the season, in early October). Lumbarda is small, with just a Supermarket, a gift shop, a couple of restaurants and a bar or two. The beaches 'Bilin Zal' and 'Vela Przina' are sandy and the sea is crystal clear. There's a water taxi that runs every 30 mins from Tatinja beach to the islands and Korcula Town. There are also buses which run to Korcula Town (not sure how frequent they are, as we didn't use them). There are plenty of vineyards to taste the local wine and you can do Kayaking trips from 'Spirit of Korkyra'.

The best place if you want to truly relax and get away from...

The best place if you want to truly relax and get away from it all. It's a little village, with two grocery shops, a range of small restaurants and the main village restaurant right at the center which seems to be the favorite place for both locals and tourists alike to relax. Lots of places to walk just to get around and explore the beaches or take a dip in the sea wherever you are, and very easy to get around. Can't wait to come again.

The host Vesna was very helpful throughout our stay. She offered recommendations and advice about places to eat and things to do. We hired bikes and explored the local beaches. The apartment is located close to several wineries where you can taste the local produce. We caught the taxi boat from Korcula town to Lumbarda which was lovely. The pool area is very comfortable and well maintained.

The apartment is located at a calm marina in Lumbarda. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. Ana helped us with everything and even drove us to the port in Korcula on our check out day. We enjoyed our stay :)
