Staff are friendly. Room 111 can park a car right in front of the room door. Location not too far from town center. Just a short distance from the main road, and only 1 minute walking to the lake. Unfortunately, the road has potholes.

The hotel is located in a beautiful secluded place facing to the lake. Staff are super friendly and helpful (kudos to boru Juntak and her colleagues) My mom lost her sunglasses, and it had been gone for a day or so, but the staff was striving to find the sunglasses, and they found it! The breakfast could be better, for lunch and dinner we had to rely on the hotel, menu to be paid at the restaurant is fine. Overall great!

Good location nearby city center, less than 30 minutes to Silangit airport, clean and very helpful staff. Hotel needs improve the water heater for shower, and change the pillow (super hard!).
