Room 1203, great room facilities, great room view to Braga Street, great room ammenities, great room complementaries, clean room and clean furnitures. comfort bed and quiet room atmospher with smells good.

The breakfast (included in the price) was exceptional. There was a selection of everything - I would say around 35 selections - eggs, bacon, sausage, a huge selection of Indonesian dishes, sushi, salads, curries, nasi goreng lots of sweet options local as well as cakes, pancakes, waffles, fruits, fresh juice, a selection of coffee's brought to your table made by the barista. The staff were exceptional and there were so many of them. You can sit outside or inside. It was a great experience to begin the day and a little chat with the staff was always lovely to enjoy. They helped us wth local information as well and always followed up on how we went the next day. As we were there for FifaU17 WC, they often asked about scored and celebrated or commiserated with us. We commend all the breakfast staff! Recommendations were taken up on and did not disappoint. The later check out time makes a difference too when so many hotels rush you out in the morning and you end a lovely holiday in panic mode. The pool was lovely and the spa amazing. You can book the hot and cold pool, steam room, sauna privately for an hour or so no extra charge! No crowds. The gym is small but efficient. Massages were half price of a neighbouring hotel our friend was in. Incredible massages! The door people were always friendly and stopping traffic for us. The personal touch of this hotel was something I have not experienced for many years. We even left with a beautiful Papandayan cushion as a gift. The decor of the hotel was lovely with Art deco meeting beautiful Indonesian design. The aromatherapy that hits you when you enter puts you in a calm mood after all the hustle and bustle of the city. The waterfall out the back is a serene environment and the fish beautiful. We had sandwiches made to go and they were like a meal in themselves! Incredible. No stomach issues whatsoever. Cleanliness of the room was brilliant, wifi always worked. My friends and I were very impressed. Thank you...

The guys working for this place and for the place next to it we’re incredibly nice, helpful and protective. I have had the best time there and would 100% recommend. Although the communication was only via google translate they were really trying to integrate me as a foreigner haha. The area was beautiful and very quiet.
