The owner was one of the most accommodating and helpful I met so far on my 1 1/2 years of travel. My girlfriend was sick and he gave us medicine, free homemade bread from her mother and fruits for us to recover. He invited us for dinner with his lovely family and even prepared breakfast with fresh local avocado and his own homemade coffee. The atmosphere in the house is amazingly peaceful with relaxing music playing all day round. It really felt like we were part of his family and that we were more than just customers! We are definitely going back there to have our little family reunion.

I loved everything, from the warm welcome with teas and sarongs, to the delicious meals cooked by Jeff’s wife, to the rice paddy views and fun photoshoot with Jeff…we really felt at home. The place is very clean as evidenced by the staff constantly cleaning. There is plenty of space in front of the house and in the back to relax, enjoy the views, chat with travelers, or even do some yoga. Wifi also worked great and the laundry service is the best on Flores so far.

We felt very welcome by our kind hosts, the rooms are clean and in front of the two rooms is a cosy outside living room / dining room where the family can gather in the evening. Clean toilets, shower. The breakfast was delicious, pancakes, and homemade bread. Very kind hosts.
